Dr. Deborah Fleming is a proud, lifelong Michiana resident. After graduating with honors from Mishawaka High School, she went on to earn the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky. With a passion for caring for those with complex and unique dental needs, Dr. Fleming went on to receive advanced training from the Pankey Institute specializing in the latest technology and methods to offer hope and wellness to those with the most difficult dental needs.

Offering specialty services in TMJ Therapy, Dr. Fleming provides total mouth restoration and rehabilitation. Her expertise is such that she has now become a visiting instructor in advanced dentistry at the Pankey Institute.

Dr. Fleming is proud of the tremendous caring, expertise, and personal touch that her team offers to each of their patients. With patients coming from Michiana and beyond, Dr. Fleming is excited to offer her services and realize many patients’ dreams for a healthy smile.

Dr. Fleming is married to Robert Schell. She has two children, one at home and one in college; and two stepsons, one who lives in the South Bend area and one in college. Dr. Fleming likes to golf and enjoys working in her yard. She has been part of a running group for the last 10 years.

When not at work she enjoys watching sporting events, especially the children’s, and also belongs to a book club. Dr. Fleming is a sustainer in the Junior League of South Bend, and an active member of the Beta Gamma Chapter of Tri Kappa. She is also a member of Grace United Methodist Church in South Bend and currently serves on the Staff – Parish relation committee, and is also a member of the church choir.
