Yes, dental care is an investment in your overall health and unfortunately, it is often ignored by insurers. When you're ready to make a commitment to your smile and dental well-being, we'll work with you to find a way. Fees, of course will vary with individual needs. In every case, we will look for the best solution and quality result. With this in mind, we'll sit down together and go over our best estimate of the complete fees, as they pertain to you. Be assured, you'll always receive full disclosure of the fees involved in your care.

At PC Dental Care we appreciate the opportunity to take care of your dental care needs. Our practice strives to provide the best quality of care and to make it possible for you to receive the treatment you need.

Reimbursements:

Our general policy is to expect payment at the time of service, although we will file claims for insurance reimbursement as noted below. If payment is not received from your insurance company within 30-45 days, you are ultimately responsible for payment and will be billed accordingly.

Primary Insurance:

PC Dental Care files all insurance claims for our patients, and participates with HRI insurance network. If your insurance company is part of a network that we do not participate with, you may incur some out of pocket expense.

• If you are a new patient, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow us time to gather your insurance information.
• Please bring your insurance card.
• Co-payments required by your insurance will be expected at the time of service. In addition, non-covered services and cosmetics do require some form of prepayment. If you have an insurance deductible that has not been met, you will be asked to pay that amount at the time of service.

Secondary Insurance:

• We will file your claim to a secondary insurance should there be no response from the initial billing
• We will gladly mail you the standard claim form to assist you in filing with your insurance a second time.

Care Credit for Our Patients without Insurance

While we recognize that health care expenses are often unplanned, our hope is that our policies will prepare you in advance. We are a participant with Care Credit Financing that often enables you to get very low (even 0%) interest rates on needed dental care work.

Care Credit offers interest free loans for up to 12 months and low interest options to extend payment as long as 60 months. We'll help you devise a method of payment best suited to your needs. Please visit the Care Credit website for more information or to apply online.

For those without insurance, note that office visit charges are expected to be paid in full on the day service is rendered. A cost estimate can be provided when you schedule your appointment. In addition, cosmetic procedures require payment in full prior to service being rendered.
