Dear Dr. Fleming and Awesome Staff,

I can't thank you enough for the prettiest smile and teeth that I have had in over 30 years!  I can't stop smiling and when I look in the mirror I am in total awe.  This has been quite a journey these past 3 years.  Thank God I have had all of you to help me thru it.  Throughout the 3 years everyone has been so pleasant, happy, sympathetic and encouraging even when I, on several occasions have not been to you.  My apologies.  You are all awesome and I couldn't have made this journey without you .  My journey has been, at times, discouraging, painful, frustrating, and somewhat humorous.  (Now some of the experiences seem funny - not at the time though).    It's been a long time since upper and lower teeth have met together in a bite.  I do love being able to chew without cutting food into small bites!  Words alone cannot tell each and everyone of you how much I appreciate everything you have done to get me where I am today - smiling and loving it.  God Bless all of you.

About a year ago I tried to talk myself into making an appointment to see you. I worried about what others thought about my teeth every time I smiled. As you found out, I had not seen a dentist in quite a long time and I knew that my mouth needed a lot of attention. Dear Dr. Fleming,

A friend of ours suggested I see her dentist in Scottsdale, AZ, which I did.  He x-rayed the tooth and said I should have it extracted and sent me to the Arizona Center for Implant, Facial and Oral Surgery.  There I met Dr. Donald R. Hoaglin, D.D. S., who proved to be an excellent dentist.

When Dr. Haoglin examined my teeth he said "I don't know who did your dental work, but he certainly did an excellent job - your teeth are beautiful!"  I told him my dentist was a lady, Dr. Deborah Fleming of Mishawaka, Indiana and that I was very proud of the dental restoration work she ahd done for me.

Dear Debbie,

Adam was seen today for follow up.  I commend you on an excellent restorative result regarding the crowns in the areas of teeth #'s 7 and 10.  Obviously, a case like this requires proper planning all the way down the line.  I am very happy with the result and so is Adam.  There is no reason for me to see him back.
